Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Exhibition Hostess to join our vibrant events team in Hobart. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our prestigious events, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a proactive approach to guest service, contributing to the success of a diverse range of professional exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions held at our esteemed venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome event attendees, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Manage registration desks, check-ins, and direct guests to appropriate event areas.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, representing the Hilton brand to the highest standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of exhibition materials, signage, and promotional displays.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex problems to event management.
- Ensure event spaces remain tidy and presentable throughout the duration of events.
- Collaborate effectively with the event management team and other staff members.
