Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Packaging Hand to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced factory environment in Caloundra. This full-time role offers weekly pay and an immediate start for individuals who are committed to quality and efficiency. As a Packaging Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are packaged to the highest standards, ready for distribution to our customers. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pack finished products into boxes, crates, or other containers according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet company standards.
- Label and stack products accurately for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Assist with other general factory duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 15kg regularly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
