Job Description

Join Kmart Australia as a Part-Time Social Media Moderator & Support team member in Tuggerah, NSW. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Kmart's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for customer comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues or negative feedback to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Filter and remove spam, inappropriate content, or policy violations to maintain a safe and positive online environment.
  • Engage proactively with the community, fostering a sense of connection and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to stay informed about promotions, product updates, and common customer queries.
  • Provide basic product information and redirect users to relevant resources on Kmart's website.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and report on common themes or emerging trends in customer feedback.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in using major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues promptly.
