Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master all aspects of grill operation and food preparation according to McDonald's standards.
- Prepare and cook menu items such as burgers, chicken, and other hot food products.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy are consistently maintained.
- Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Required Skills
- No prior cooking experience required – full training provided!
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of food safety principles (training will be provided upon hire).
