Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Dispatch Assistant to join our busy operations team in Melbourne. As a Dispatch Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our logistics operations, supporting our dispatchers and drivers to meet daily targets and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and personnel.
- Communicating effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding schedules and updates.

- Resolving minor dispatch issues and escalating complex problems to the senior dispatcher.
- Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, routes, and delivery confirmations.
- Preparing dispatch reports and summaries as required.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the operations team.
