Job Description
Join Costa Group as a Harvest Labourer and be a vital part of our seasonal agricultural operations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of various fruit and vegetable crops according to established guidelines and quality standards.
- Operate basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and stack harvested produce into appropriate containers.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily harvest targets.
- Report any issues with crop quality or equipment to the supervisor immediately.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
