Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for remote employees experiencing hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
- Manage and provision remote work equipment and software licenses.
- Develop and update guidelines, best practices, and resources for effective remote work.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration tools usage, ensuring all employees are proficient.
- Monitor remote employee engagement and productivity metrics, proposing improvements.
- Assist in onboarding new remote hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
- Act as a liaison between remote staff and various internal departments (IT, HR, Operations).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols in a remote setting.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support, helpdesk, or an administrative role with a focus on remote operations.
- Proficiency with common remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for common software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of data security best practices in a remote context.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
