Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Roofer’s Labourer to join our team in Alice Springs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry. As a Roofer’s Labourer, you will support our skilled roofers with various tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest safety standards. We provide all necessary safety equipment and comprehensive training to ensure you can perform your duties safely and confidently. No prior roofing experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.
- Load and unload roofing materials and equipment at job sites.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and setting up safety barriers.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use provided safety equipment correctly.
- Perform general site clean-up and waste removal.
- Support the team with various manual tasks as required.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
