Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Virtual Office Aide to provide essential administrative and support services. This 100% remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at managing various office tasks digitally. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our remote teams by handling administrative duties efficiently and accurately, contributing to our overall productivity and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise digital files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and proper version control.
  • Handle email correspondence and calendar management for assigned team members, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various company systems and databases.
  • Prepare simple reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Assist with basic research tasks and information gathering.
  • Provide general administrative support to remote teams, responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up online platforms and distributing agendas.
  • Help onboard new remote team members by providing necessary resources and initial administrative guidance.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
