Key Responsibilities
- Collecting eggs from laying hens in accordance with animal welfare guidelines and company protocols.
- Inspecting eggs for quality, cracks, or imperfections before packaging.
- Carefully packaging eggs into trays and moving them to designated storage or processing areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the hen houses and work areas.
- Assisting with general farm duties as required, including bedding changes and minor maintenance.
