Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Support Staff to join our team for part-time day shifts in Shellharbour, NSW. In this role, you will be crucial to the smooth operation of our warehouse, assisting with receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching products. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming deliveries, verifying contents against invoices.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch to retail stores or customers.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely (up to 20kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Forklift license (LF or LO class).
- Experience with inventory management software.
