Job Description

Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for technology, looking for a remote role with flexible afternoon hours? Salesforce is seeking a dedicated WFH Customer Success Associate to join our top-tier tech team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a leading global company from the comfort of your home. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our innovative platform, providing expert guidance and support during the critical afternoon operational window. This position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers during afternoon hours (approx. 1 PM – 9 PM AEST) to ensure satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer health and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Educate customers on new features, best practices, and available resources to maximize their investment in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status within our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic understanding of technology and SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a tech-related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working afternoon shifts or non-traditional hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
