Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Influencer Outreach Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing team. In this hybrid role based in Bairnsdale, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key virtual influencers across various platforms to amplify our clients’ brands and campaigns. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, from initial contact and negotiation to content review and performance tracking. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a passion for building authentic online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant virtual influencers and content creators across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch) that align with client brand objectives.
- Initiate and manage outreach communications with influencers, building strong relationships and presenting compelling partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and deliverables with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate the timely creation, review, and approval of influencer content, ensuring brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met.
- Monitor influencer campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on ROI and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and platform changes.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative, and account management teams to integrate influencer strategies into broader campaigns.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer contacts, performance data, and communication history.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or public relations, with a focus on influencer outreach.
- Proven ability to identify and vet relevant influencers for campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging tone.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business and marketing purposes.
- Ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of relevant legal and ethical guidelines in influencer marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor).
- Familiarity with the Australian influencer landscape and key industry players.
- Basic understanding of content creation and digital media production.
