Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to lead the operations of one of our prestigious high-end hospitality venues in Port Augusta. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a passion for excellence in service, meticulous operational management, and a proven track record in achieving financial targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service standards.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with precision.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and operational improvements.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and quality control for all venue supplies.
- Plan and execute special events and functions, ensuring seamless delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality management.
