Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and stocking shelves in designated areas.
- Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store aisles and backroom.
- Support inventory management by assisting with product rotation and date checking.
- Prepare and move carts and baskets as needed.
- Perform general light duties as assigned by store management.
- Adhere to all store safety and operational guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Basic understanding of retail operations.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment (even if informal).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
