Job Description

Join the Woolworths Group team as a Stock Picker in our bustling retail warehouse in Grafton, New South Wales. We’re looking for an energetic and reliable individual to play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch to our stores. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and attention to detail are key. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified procedures and targets.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
  • Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret order sheets accurately.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 20kg repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail stock management role.
  • Forklift licence (advantageous, but not essential – training can be provided).
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
