Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous ABS Survey Officer for Field Research Assistance to join our dynamic team in Portland, OR. In this role, you will be instrumental in collecting high-quality data through face-to-face interviews and surveys. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person surveys and interviews with respondents in designated areas.
• Accurately record and input data using electronic devices (tablets, smartphones) provided.

• Clarify survey questions for respondents as needed, ensuring accurate understanding and responses.
• Manage and organize daily fieldwork schedules and assignments efficiently.
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with respondents and community members.
• Complete all necessary administrative tasks, including timesheets and expense reports.
• Report any challenges or issues encountered in the field to the supervisory team promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance survey techniques and data collection skills.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of collected data.
