Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Public Area Cleaner to join the esteemed team at Park Hyatt Sydney. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for upholding the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation across all public spaces within our luxury hotel. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas consistently reflect the prestige and elegance that Park Hyatt Sydney is known for. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks across all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, restaurants, and event spaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings are meticulously cleaned, polished, and maintained.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and scrubbers.
  • Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
