Job Description

Goodman Fielder is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Production Trainee to join our Gold Coast manufacturing team on a full-time contract basis. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in the food manufacturing industry. As a Production Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training across various aspects of our production line, learning critical operational procedures, quality control, and safety standards. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the efficient production of our beloved food products. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all training modules related to production processes and machinery operation.
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment under supervision.
  • Monitor production lines for product quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
  • Learn and apply all food safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with raw material handling and finished product storage.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic and operational workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns promptly.
