Job Description
Are you a bundle of energy with a passion for creating unforgettable moments for children? Bounce Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Party Hosts to lead children’s birthday parties at our Canning Vale venue. As a Party Host, you will be the life of the party, responsible for engaging children in games, ensuring their safety, and making sure every birthday child feels special. This role requires an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage groups of children with a smile. If you love to play, entertain, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate engaging games and activities for children's birthday parties.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all party guests throughout the event.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep children entertained.
- Manage party schedules, ensuring timely transitions between activities and food service.
- Greet families warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Set up party rooms before events and assist with cleanup afterwards.
- Handle minor issues or conflicts among children with a positive and calm approach.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver a seamless party experience.
Required Skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, coaching, camp counselor)
- Ability to engage and entertain groups of children
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and a passion for fun
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous experience as a party host or entertainer
- Experience in a similar recreation or hospitality environment
