Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Paper Mill Labourers to join our production team in Nerang. This is a vital role within our stable, large-scale industry, perfect for individuals looking for consistent work with opportunities for long-term career growth. As a Labourer, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our paper manufacturing process, assisting with various tasks from material handling to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment as directed, following all safety guidelines.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Monitor production processes and report any anomalies or issues to supervisors.
- Participate in routine maintenance tasks and equipment cleaning.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
