Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and highly organised Paid Data Entry Intern to join our operations team in Wangaratta. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our extensive customer and operational records. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting a high volume of data efficiently and accurately, ensuring all information adheres to our strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update large volumes of data into internal systems and databases daily.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies found.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
  • Organise and file documents, both physical and digital, in an orderly manner.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Generate reports and summaries of data as required by the team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data entry and record keeping.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support department operations.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient typing speed and data entry skills.
