Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator Intern to join our Fleet Management team in Salé. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced logistics industry, specifically focusing on the operational aspects of managing a diverse vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will support daily fleet operations, contribute to efficiency improvements, and learn about vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to kickstart their career in logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring daily fleet activities, including vehicle allocation and driver assignments.
- Support the scheduling of routine maintenance and repairs for vehicles to ensure optimal operational readiness.
- Help track vehicle performance metrics, fuel consumption, and mileage.
- Aid in maintaining accurate records of fleet inventory, vehicle registrations, and insurance documents.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with drivers and other operational teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement within fleet management operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on fleet data as required by the management team.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of fleet management principles or logistics operations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
