Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support for Telstra products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions using written instructions.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
