Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Industrial Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Port Pirie, SA. No prior industrial cleaning experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough industrial cleaning tasks, including equipment cleaning, floor maintenance, waste removal, and general facility upkeep.
• Operate specialised cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently after receiving comprehensive training.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other site personnel to ensure seamless operations.
• Complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes and to the highest quality standards.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Port Pirie.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• First Aid certification.
• Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery (training will be provided if required).
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying work environments and schedules.
