Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team as Hotel Room Attendants. This role involves routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our guest rooms and common areas are pristine and comfortable. This is an ideal opportunity for students or backpackers looking for part-time work with flexible hours. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities and linens in guest rooms.
- Clean and tidy common areas, corridors, and public restrooms as assigned.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and procedures.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 15 kg.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic understanding of English for communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
