Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care (showering, dressing), mobility, and medication reminders.

  • Transport clients to appointments and social engagements, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Accurately document services provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all care plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standard of client care.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients in their homes.

Required Skills

  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to help and care for others.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undertake and successfully complete paid training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes.
