Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, pivot).
  • Monitor irrigation schedules and ensure optimal water distribution to crops.
  • Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies in irrigation equipment.
  • Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on pumps, filters, and pipes.
  • Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely.
  • Assist in preparing fields for planting and harvesting, as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of irrigation activities and water usage.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the farm management team and other staff members.
