Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Farm Hand (General). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those with no prior farming experience. We value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn above all else. As part of our commitment to supporting our team, comfortable on-site accommodation is provided. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our farm, gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of agriculture. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general farm maintenance, including fencing, machinery cleaning, and repairs.
- Participate in planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops as directed.
- Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health.
- Operate basic farm equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Perform manual labor tasks such as weeding, moving materials, and tidying work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or operational issues to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and surrounds.
