Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our End-of-Lease Cleaning Crew in Katherine. This casual position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for transforming properties into spotless, move-in ready condition, ensuring clients receive their full bond back. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough end-of-lease cleaning tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down all surfaces to a high standard.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas.
- Remove cobwebs and clean light fixtures.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to Jim's Cleaning quality standards.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.
