Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Retail & Logistics at Woolworths Group, you will be a vital link between our customers, stores, and supply chain operations. This dynamic role requires a proactive and empathetic individual ready to handle a variety of inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clientele. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions related to product availability, deliveries, online orders, store queries, and general feedback, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, covering retail products, online orders, and logistics-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide up-to-date information on product availability, delivery statuses, and store services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including store management, warehouse operations, and delivery partners, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
