Job Description

No driving required – you’ll be assisting our drivers with sorting, loading, and unloading parcels, ensuring efficient delivery operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading parcels and packages onto delivery vehicles.
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail and parcels within the depot.
- Verify package details and ensure correct sequencing for delivery routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the depot and on the vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Provide support to drivers during delivery routes as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physically demanding role.
- Basic understanding of mail sorting processes.
