Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Concierge team with day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Handling luggage and parcels with care, coordinating their timely delivery and collection.
- Providing guests with accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport options.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and concierge desk area.
- Supporting guests with parking arrangements and vehicle services.
- Running errands and fulfilling guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Observing and learning best practices in luxury customer service, problem-solving, and guest relations.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- A keen interest in the hospitality industry, particularly luxury hotels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in additional languages.
- A valid UK driving licence.
