Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Day Shift Floor Staff to join our busy team in Bath. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our floor team, you will ensure our store is always well-stocked, tidy, and welcoming for all our customers, helping them find exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries, product location, and purchasing decisions with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the tills, handling cash and card payments.
- Support store operations by helping with deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory checks.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
