Job Description

Rydges Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Concierge Offsider to join our dynamic team in Wangaratta. This entry-level role is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of five-star guest service, working alongside experienced concierge professionals. You will assist with a wide range of guest requests, ensuring their stay is seamless and unforgettable. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
  • Support the Concierge team in managing guest inquiries and requests.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
  • Run errands and perform various tasks to enhance guest comfort and convenience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and concierge desk area.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of messages, parcels, and mail to guests.
  • Assist with car parking and valet services as required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
