Job Description

Rydges Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Concierge Offsider to join our dynamic team in Wangaratta. This entry-level role is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of five-star guest service, working alongside experienced concierge professionals. You will assist with a wide range of guest requests, ensuring their stay is seamless and unforgettable. This position is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a world-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
- Support the Concierge team in managing guest inquiries and requests.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Run errands and perform various tasks to enhance guest comfort and convenience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and concierge desk area.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of messages, parcels, and mail to guests.
- Assist with car parking and valet services as required.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
