Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Client Care Officer to join our team in Perth. This ongoing, stable full-time role is critical in ensuring our patients and their families receive exceptional service and support throughout their healthcare journey. You will be the primary point of contact, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing courteous and professional assistance.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information or directing to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to strict privacy regulations.
- Process patient registrations, update personal details, and handle billing and payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
- Resolve patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with patients and provide sensitive support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
