Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at a prestigious corporate office located in Tullamarine. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality food service in a professional environment, without the demands of late-night shifts. You will be an integral part of our catering operations, ensuring our corporate clients and their employees enjoy exceptional dining experiences throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including hot meals, sandwiches, salads, and snacks, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all catering areas, including kitchens, serving counters, and dining spaces.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Operate and clean catering equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, interacting positively with clients and colleagues.
- Set up and clear down dining areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces for various catering requirements.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies.
