Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Casual Merchandiser to join our team in Mandurah, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for executing merchandising activities in various retail stores, ensuring our clients’ products are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and adhere to planograms. This position involves day shifts and travel within the Mandurah region, requiring you to visit multiple store locations. Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising tasks according to client briefs and planograms.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, displayed, and stocked on shelves.
- Set up promotional displays and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor product availability and report on out-of-stock items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Complete routine store visits and submit accurate reports on time.
- Safely and efficiently travel between multiple retail locations within the designated territory.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of retail environments and merchandising principles.
- Experience using mobile reporting applications.
