Job Description
Are you an energetic individual who thrives in an outdoor, fast-paced environment? Crisp Car Wash in Victor Harbor is looking for enthusiastic Car Wash Team Members to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, customer interaction, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring every vehicle leaves our wash gleaming and every customer leaves with a smile. If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with service selection.
- Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor and ensure proper positioning.
- Pre-wash vehicles with appropriate cleaning solutions and high-pressure wands.
- Perform exterior cleaning tasks, including scrubbing wheels, bumpers, and difficult-to-reach areas.
- Ensure the car wash equipment is operating correctly and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tidying up wash bays and general site areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
