Job Description
Join the Peter Alexander team as a Part-time Weekend Retail Assistant in our Bathurst boutique! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service, maintain our beautiful store environment, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, has a knack for sales, and thrives in a dynamic retail setting, specifically available for weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays and store cleanliness
- Assist with stock replenishment, unpacking deliveries, and managing inventory
- Provide product knowledge and style advice to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support the store manager and team in achieving sales targets
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role (at least 6 months)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and flexibility to work weekend shifts as required
- Basic computer proficiency for POS operations
