Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Air Con Offsider to join our dynamic team for the peak summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry with top pay for the right candidate. As an Offsider, you will provide essential support to our experienced technicians on various air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair projects across Kalgoorlie and the surrounding Goldfields area. This role is physically demanding but incredibly rewarding, offering a chance to learn from the best in the business and contribute to keeping our community cool.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from vehicles.
- Prepare work sites, including setting up safety barriers and ensuring cleanliness.
- Retrieve tools and parts as required by technicians.
- Perform basic manual tasks such as digging trenches, drilling, and cleaning components.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment and vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
