Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Passport Production Officer to join our team in a high-security environment. This critical role involves the precise and careful execution of tasks related to the production of Australian passports. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating specialized equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring all production processes adhere to strict security protocols and quality standards. This is an on-site position requiring a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor specialized passport production machinery and equipment.
- Perform visual and automated quality control checks on passport booklets and individual pages.
- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with utmost care and discretion.
- Adhere strictly to all security policies, procedures, and access controls.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and quality incidents.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to technical support.
- Participate in regular security briefings and training sessions.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, complying with all safety regulations.
