Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Food Production Line Hands to join our team at our state-of-the-art factory in Tweed Heads. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a clean, modern food processing facility, playing a crucial role in the production of Norco’s renowned dairy products. You will be responsible for various tasks on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to all food safety standards. We offer competitive hourly rates, including penalty rates for shifts outside of standard hours, providing a rewarding opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the food manufacturing industry. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry point for those without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Norco's high standards.
- Package and label finished products accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished goods.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
