Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Performing basic meat processing tasks such as trimming, cutting, and portioning under supervision.
- Operating and cleaning processing equipment according to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assisting with packing and preparing meat products for distribution.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move products as required.
