Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Beverage Bottling Hands at our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Werribee, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic production environment and are looking for stable, full-time work with the convenience of weekly pay. As a Beverage Bottling Hand, you will be an integral part of our production line, ensuring the efficient and high-quality bottling of our world-renowned beverages. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging throughout the production process.
- Load raw materials onto the production line and replenish supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues.
- Assist with changeovers and basic maintenance tasks on the production line.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and hygiene.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 20kg.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a factory setting.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Experience operating machinery.
- Forklift license (LF) or willingness to obtain one.
