Job Description
Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart a career in hospitality? Dome Cafe Mandurah is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our waitstaff team! No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive, full-service training to ensure you gain all the skills needed to excel. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of customer service, food and beverage service, and teamwork in a vibrant cafe setting. You’ll be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests, from welcoming them with a smile to serving delicious meals and drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat customers upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials, dishes, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process payments and operate cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
