Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our corporate catering team in Coffs Harbour. This casual position is perfect for individuals looking for flexible day shifts during the week, supporting the smooth operation of our corporate office catering services. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients and their employees receive high-quality food and excellent service, contributing to a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
- Serve food and beverages to corporate clients and staff during designated meal times and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and serving areas, including dishwashing and sanitizing equipment.
- Set up and clear down dining areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Ensure stock rotation and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
