Job Description
Are you a bright, enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? Our renowned resort in Redcliffe is seeking a Part-time Guest Experience Host to join our dynamic team on a day roster. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a vibrant resort environment. You will be the friendly face our guests remember, ensuring their stay is seamless, enjoyable, and exceeds their expectations from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge) to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Assist with resort activities and events as needed to enhance guest engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Local knowledge of Redcliffe and surrounding Moreton Bay attractions.
