You’ll conduct compelling online demonstrations, answer technical questions, and collaborate closely with our sales and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative virtual product demonstrations for potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits relevant to their specific needs.
- Tailor demonstration content and style to various audience types, from technical experts to business stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Atlassian products, answering technical and functional questions accurately and confidently during and after demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and align demonstrations with sales strategies.
- Provide valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and demonstration trends.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and market trends.
- Contribute to the creation of demonstration scripts, presentation materials, and product walk-through videos.
- Participate in online webinars, virtual events, and other digital marketing activities as a product expert.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in conducting virtual presentations or demonstrations for software products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong understanding of digital collaboration tools and remote presentation platforms.
- Proficiency in using Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) or similar project management/collaboration software.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and product updates.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Background in technical sales, sales engineering, or product management.
- Certification in relevant Atlassian products.
