Job Description
Are you eager to kickstart your career in hospitality but lack the experience? The Loft Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waitstaff. We believe in potential and providing comprehensive, full-service training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and seat them promptly.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with a friendly and proactive approach.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
