Job Description

Are you eager to kickstart your career in hospitality but lack the experience? The Loft Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waitstaff. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and seat them promptly.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up dining areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with a friendly and proactive approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
